    I keep getting a server error whenever I try to download them from the links listed above. Anyone else having this issue? If someone can re-post them on a server that works that would be great.

    I think I may have originally posted the links back in 2009 and now I can't find the books on my computer. If there's a way of getting them again I'd appreciate it.
