• Remy Ma really doesn't like Nicki Minaj

From MummyChunk@21:1/5 to All on Fri Mar 3 08:39:02 2017
Wow.... these are the days of our lives. Remy Ma took it up
another notch in her battle against Nicki Minaj.

    From Cplx

    We knew this was coming.

Just a week after Remy Ma dropped her ruthless shETHER track, the
Bronx rapper returns with more heatand more shots fired at Nicki
    Minaj.

Remy goes in on the new track, aptly titled "Another
One," calling out Nicki for failing to release a response.

I guess now you know who the head bitch is/Im a savage, I be
killing dead bitches/I bet you wish that you aint never said shit,
Remy raps. Now they so busy shooting videos, Im like nah/Where the
fuck is your song?/I mean come on.

Later in the tune, Remy claims to have incriminating footage of
Nicki. Bet you wondering how I know your problems, she rhymes.
Theres a lot of people that you really bothered/They were selling
footage and you know I bought it.

Remy also uses Nicki's loss in the battle to pun on the name of
deceased rap legend Lamont Big L Coleman and his Diggin' In The
Crates crew. This aint a little L, wait, wait/You took a big L, you
    digging in the crates.

    Savage.

You'll also notice Remy used Drakes recognizable flow on Back to
Back," a Meek Mill diss track that Lil Kim compared to
shETHER. The song was premiered Wednesday by Hot 97's
Funkmaster Flex, who claims Mariah Carey (another Nicki foe) is
    featured at the top.

Well it looks like Foxy Brown has entered this fight

    From DL

Hey look, I used the word beef in a post title! YES! Its on
again! More blogging about diss tracks from the most unqualified
point-of-view possible! Ready yourselves for awkwardness!

Foxy Brown (Remember her? I lurved The Hot Spot.) looked at the
Remy Ma/Nicki Minaj aural disagreement (I couldnt in good conscience
type beef again), thought you know, I could snatch at some
relevance with this, and composed a Remy Ma diss track called Breaks
Over. Well, to be fair, Remy was apparently alluding to Foxy with the ShETHER lyric I kill rappers, and you good as dead, bitch/Talking
shit about me to a deaf bitch.

In addition to manicurists and her neighbors, Foxy still has some
alleged issues with hearing loss, so she apparently assumed Ms. Ma was referencing her. Like Ms. Ma, Ms. Brown hasnt any compunctions about
pouring a mug of boiling hot tea over her enemies. So the Ill Be
raptress has gone off on Remy, up to and including a mention of a
miscarriage Remy reportedly suffered. Remember the days when Xtina
referring to Britney Spears wedding as low-rent seemed a harsh
scandal? That was so long ago.

    Via XXL:

Foxy caught a stray on Shether when Remy said, I kill
rappers, and you good as dead, bitch/Talking shit about me to a deaf
bitch, so the Ill Na Na MC dug in the crates and pulled out the
Takeover instrumental, a classic song Jay Z used to come at his
then-rivals Nas and Mobb Deep. Brooklyn, Im a kill this bitch, Foxy
says as she comes on the song.

In the preview for the diss, which you can hear below, Foxy
claims Remy was in protective custody while in jail, and then gets
downright disrespectful by bringing up the Bronx rappers miscarriage:
Im a motherfucking BK savage/And I heard about that bitch
    miscarriage.

Foxy recently had a baby herself, according to Wendy Williams (via
Rap-Up), so I guess birth (or the lack thereof) was on her mind?
    *cringe*

Im kind of hoping every single female hip-hop artist keeps fueling
the anger train and releases a diss track tearing into every other
female hip-hop artist in a brutal chain! Why? Because it will inspire
Missy Elliott arriving in all of her true queen of rap, amazing bangs
glory to declare an end to the hostilities. She will then produce a
track featuring all of these smart, beautiful, talented ladies in a
paean to rap sisterhood that will usher in a glorious age of ladies
not cutting each other up. Instead, they will turn on the men to
destroy the patriarchy. As a man, I welcome it. Less mocking failed
ass implants, more Pussy Grabs Back!
