    Please check your facts! Norlin Ltd parent company of Gibson sued Elgers Guitar distributor of Ibanez brand in 1972 because of the "Open Book" peg head design. Hoshino Naggi outsourced their guitars (Ibanez) to other makers. The law suit was settled but
    Ibanez had already changed their peghead design in 1971. This guitar was in no way part of the law suit...
