    Glass, Reich, (also Boulez, or Stockhausen) are my contemplation pieces, or any other good minimalists I haven't yet heard. Also, Klaus Schulze, who sadly passed away this year, was another who allowed me to drift away to different planets, etc.

    I listen to music to help me fall asleep - takes my mind away from thinking thoughts.

    I tried "mindfulness" music but like Frank, it just annoyed me.

    What works best for me is Modern Gospel, the slower tracks. Kim Burrell, Dorinda Clark, Evelyn Turrentine etc.
