I haven’t read the article, but I don’t agree with the sentiment. At least, I don’t think that it’s harder to record a harpsichord than a piano and it’s probably easier than a church organ. There are heaps of truthful, and beautiful,

When it comes to difficulty in recording, could it be because of the harpsichord's low volume and the piano's percussiveness?
