    Oh, he's hearing it. But he's basing his ratings on something different than the rest of us are. And if he gets to the 60s he'll also be low rating things that sound like they are from the 50s, like "The Stars" by the Ocapellos, or "Play Those Oldies, Mr.
    DJ" by Anthony and the Sophomores.
