John invited Al Capp to the Bed-In, but he got more than he bargained
for. Capp mocked them and their purported protest brutally. I always
felt, even when I wanted to be more sympathetic to John and Yoko's
antics, that Capp dominated the druggy duo -- and did so with biting
humor.

At one point, Yoko tried to lecture Capp: "We are all married together
in this world." Capp responded, "You say that to him, not to me. You
put thoughts like that in my head and I'll wake up screaming."
