The deep dive into "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" was awesome

sort of possible conflict. Wonder if George was thinking about
that with "My Sweet Lord"?

Yes, but you still have to fight, and it involves paperwork. Here is
a problem I had years ago. The fact that eBay or the seller would not
help me still confounds my thinking.

Over five years ago, I bought an antique map from an eBay seller in
England, and paid through PayPal. It was delivered to my post office
box in San Diego, and I tracked delivery via a tracking number. *Two
days* later before I had a chance to pick it up, it was returned to
the sender by the post office without an explanation. The seller
wouldn't help me and neither would eBay as the tracking showed that
the item HAD BEEN delivered to me. Never mind I hadn't picked it up
and it was returned to the sender two days later. I phoned the post
office, and when I gave the tracking number to the clerk, I was only
told it was returned. No explanation at all. I was soooooo PISSED
OFF!

I complained to the post office through the White House. I think
PayPal finally refunded my money, but there was an official
investigation and an apology from the post office for prematurely
returning the package to England. USPS regs said they had to keep it
for two weeks to give me a chance to pick it up. Never heard from

I finally saw the whole thing. It's fantastic. Rick Rubin was completely unobtrusive, while managing to get McCartney to divulge all sorts of amazing information.

I've wondered about Lennon's original version of "Come Together" for a long time. McCartney shows how Lennon presented it to him -- that is, as far too obviously similar to its inspiration, Chuck Berry's "You Can't Catch Me."
