    Hopefully David found his answer to this question by now. I found the title of this song is actually Christmas Candles.

    I was searching for it myself. It was called “Light a Fairy Candle (On A Christmas Tree)” I think it was Bing’s last hit- not too long before he died.
    Can’t find it anywhere
