It was recorded on 25Feb64 but I have no evidence of where it was recorded. What is about the recording that makes you think it was recorded "live"?
BTW, the a-side, "Takin' Care of Business", attempts to sound "live",
but it's probably overdubbed. Even Billboard's review of the single
(11Apr64) makes no mention of either side being "live" but does note of
the a-side, "Shouts, applause & more nitty than gritty". The review
says nothing of "Shy One".
