when i ride, sometime i hit a bump and my radian stall and won't
start from the compression. i need to get on the side of the road,
put it in neutral and start it again. when i restart it, it
restart without have any problem or hesitation. Also, it idle
super good but it seem that i have a bit of rust in the tank.
here is what I've tried:
- clean the carb
- remove the fuel filter
- bypass the sidestand switch
- tighten the battery pole
here is what I still need to try:
- check if the petcock is clog
- check if the sidestand relay still properly work
- check all connection
If you have rust in your tank you should really need to have a fuel filter
in place or your carb is going to get clogged.
You might pull the tank and check that the wiring to the coil is snug,
also check the tail light harness. I had a bike cutting out like what
you've described and it turned out to be the wiring to the tail light had
come loose over the rear tire and rubbed enough insulation away to short whenever I hit a bump.
Good luck!
