    I believe Yamagushi's tiger fight to be true - what your saying about larger Animal/Tiger is true BUT........... It's about dominion, He was a wise karate master with a spiritual understanding and he was pushed to his limits and was fighting for his life
    in a hightened state (super human strength) he took dominion (men having dominion over all earthly animals/creatures mentioned 3 times in Genesis kjb) over the Tiger let out a blood curdling roar and stuunned the big bastard before he chocked it to death
    ... What a guy what a legend !

    Most likely the tiger was old, weak, and toothless.
