I don't such stats exist as Josekis are rarely player in vacuum i.e recognizing them is not that easy. I thing pro players perhaps not so fond of o-nadare as it pretty much settles the cource of game. Joseki can be like 1/3 of the board. As for
influence: I am not a good go player but I assume conditions for playing nadare require you to have stone that playes well with the wall you get.
