Not the traps. But level teleports can be done (unreliably) with
confused reading scrolls of teleports (where confusion may come
from various sources), or (reliably) by reading cursed scrolls of teleportation. Having a ring of (or inherent) teleport control is
advisable to get out most of it.

I'm generally fabricating a stack of cursed teleport scrolls with
unholy water.

Thank you. I didn't know that about cursed scrolls of teleport and
thought the only thing available was misused potions of gain level.

You're welcome.

Cursed gain level have their own application; on the home-run with
the Amulet level-teleport doesn't work any more, and since certain
non-teleport levels are very twisted you can skip them with cursed
potions of gain level.
