    I don't play matches longer than 7, so I haven't bothered to learn the takepoints for 3a 9a, but I can tell you that a recube to 8 would be
    huge for O.

    So, it seems like a clear double and that O can eke out a take due to
    the cube vig. Not sure if she should recube right away though.

    Neither me, but I approximated it with the Turner formula (similar to
    Neil's numbers).

    Sure, which is why I assumed an automatic redouble for my match equity calculations.

    Not sure if she should recube right away though.

    Interesting, yes. I played around with my rolls after an assumed
    RD/T. Unless I rolled a 44, 55, or 66 the cube was shipped back
    immediately. So my assumption of "automatic" was reasonable.
