    I would Pottle here. X is slightly ahead in the pip count so
    running is thematic. O doesn't have much of a prime yet but it
    rates to get better. The 4pt is behind O's anchor; while it has
    some value, especially if there is an exchange of hits, it's not
    that important a point to make.

    Making the four point is constructive, but not constructive enough to be
    very constructive. Since O has made the five point anchors and has no
    checkers behind the four point, making it is not as much or a priority
    as usual. It's a whopper with cheese.
