* Game 4, Round 7 - Geography - Political Parties
Did you know that most democratic countries organize themselves into political parties based on ideologies? It's true! We'll name some
political parties in a given country, and you tell us what country.
We'll translate all names into English, omitting the country's
name where it's part of the party's name. In each case the first
party we name will always be the current governing party (as of
the date of the original game). For example, if we said "the
Liberals, the Conservatives, the New Democrats, and the Quebec
Bloc", you would say "Canada", and then possibly argue whether
we should have included the Greens. Finally, all countries here
are still operational democracies with genuine elections -- no pseudo-democracies like Russia.

(Note that the numbers are *above* the images.)
1. Image #1, a "five-fingered" fruit, is a type of citrus popular
in Asia, useful both for making marmalade and for simply being
used as a natural air freshener thanks to its large surface area.
2. #8 is the largest tree fruit in the world, has delicately
flavored pods inside reminiscent of a peach, and a flesh often
used in vegan cooking.
3. #11, another citrus from southeast Asia, is about the size of
a large olive.
4. The African fruit at image #2 is technically a member of the
cucumber family, although it is frequently misnamed as
a different type of fruit. It tastes like a combination of
banana and cucumber, but tangier.
5. The national fruit of Jamaica, #6 is frequently paired with
saltfish.
6. #3, a tropical tree fruit, is native to southeast Asia and a
relative of the lychee.
7. Popular in South America (but now grown primarily in India),
#9 is used in a wide array of desserts and pastries.
8. #5, another Asian fruit, has a sweet and tangy flavor, and
although it is not a citrus has many physical characteristics
that make people mistake it for one.
9. Although #12 is not native to New Zealand, it is overwhelmingly
popular there, and has a flavor that tastes like a combination
of pineapple and banana.
10. A Caribbean fruit, #10 is a citrus both larger and less bitter
than a grapefruit, and has fewer seeds than most citrus fruits.
There were 2 decoys. If you like, for fun but for no points, decode the rot13 to see the other numbers and identify them.
11. Gur sbhegu bar.
12. Gur friragu bar.
