It is not clear how much human intelligence plays a role in lottery predictions, as this may be taking place at the quantum level. However, I hope to achieve a better result after several debugging sessions.

At a basic level any human being can make a Lotto prediction ;-)

If you can see that a bias exists in the results - like 86% chance of at
least one number being divisible by 3 coming up in the Lotto numbers drawn, then you're using human intelligence.

No matter what statistical method is used, the most accurate long-term results will come from the current probability analysis as well as a comprehensive analysis of the probability at a certain point in the future. Short-term accuracy is equivalent to
throwing a dice and will ultimately be limited to the quagmire of stubborn probability.

Nevertheless, lottery prediction is not limited to numbers, you can also predict a general ranking category, thus reducing the unreliability of future predictions. The performance of two horses is clearly superior to the performance of the other two
based on their history and recent performance, for example. You are not aware of what their final ranking will be, but you can still make a more accurate prediction, which reduces the difficulty of prediction and the range of options available to you.

We are almost half way and in the past this is where I have faltered and slipped.
I did change my method of picking but upon reading Nan's wise words I have gone
back and will stick with it and see what happens.

There will come a time when a highly developed civilization will be destroyed, and its seeds will germinate again. Welcome to the new era of civilization.

Next round's outcome will be determined by the development of NN and JINKS civilizations. It is worth considering whether we should follow the civilization where the latecomers prevail, or stick to the civilization that takes the lead and suffers
    setbacks.

As with any good score, there are always risks involved. As a result, when the cost of this risk is too high, we need to reconsider whether we have chosen the wrong strategic direction for the innovation at the outset.

God's hand is like no other when it comes to writing a novel through prediction

When two relatively powerful civilizations meet, the neutral civilization prompts itself to reflect on its own predictions of unequal numerical interrelationships and guides itself through balance and learning to process creatively through mutual
understanding of numerical weighting relationships and learning.
