    I'd like to join in but my time is limited and I'm not a fan of the
    24-number format. So I'd like to submit an algoritmic entry, a copy of
    Random but with the numbers rotated by 1 place.

    Random often seems to do well - the aim of my rotation is to outperform Random's score in every draw in which its top number isn't drawn. I
    ought to choose an alternative to Random's top number as my bottom
    number, but that would be contrary to my low-faff aim.
