Before, Affirmative Action forced companies to hire unqualified women and minorities, but now, they'll hire on their own, anyway, if they choose-to.

Oh, companies still go out of their way to hire anything but white hetero males. My brother had to interview software engineering candidates for highly technical coding positions. HR sent him two black female applicants who not only couldn't code at
all, but couldn't even name any programming languages and couldn't answer a single interview question. When my brother asked them why they applied for this job, they said their university center told them to apply for it. The really sick part was his

Some great decisions by the Supreme Court this week.

The only problem is that the left has taken over corporate-America, and now run-it.

Before, Affirmative Action forced companies to hire unqualified women and minorities, but now, they'll hire on their own, anyway, if they choose-to.

Maybe the left actually wanted Affirmative Action to end: because it's now hurting -them- with "too many dummies" hurting their production, etc.

Seems odd, this decision so soon after the left's other major symbolic issue, "abortion-rights."

Remember, Affirmative Action is defined as benefitting "Women and minorities." The whole left, and especially the usual suspects of "womens groups" would be far beyond going spastic over this decision...unless. unless it doesn't make any difference
anymore because Affirmative Action is functionally obsolete. So, it was Dem/Rino-rigged out of the system; and gives conservative citizens a feeling of "a win," while losing the country at large to Bidenism (ya know, quiets the Communisn-opposition down
    a little).

On the "student loans," the obvious: making the colleges reduce the prices with admissions; it's never even mentioned, even by Republicans.

"Easily" done in theory: as telling them (the schools) that they'll (congress) change the colleges' tax exemptions https://tinyurl.com/5bm5s8e6 if the don't comply with charging reasonable rates to attend. This will force them into it.

A Congressional bill wouldn't have a chance of passing and signed right now, but making an issue of it and part of "the national debate" (and a campaign-issue), would be a big step in the right direction. Never hear anything about it from the Republicans
who would obviously be the party supporting such an initiative. .....................

Jack, that's what I meant, by: "they'll hire on their own, anyway, if they choose-to."

In other words: they'll still hire women and minorities on their own, without being forced to by Affirmative Action; because the left controls corporate America "these days."

Like In the Trump administration: Trump appointed the head of the biggest oil company to Secretary of State; and he was as liberal as they come. Trump had to fire him for repeated incidents of insubordination.

I doubt Gavin will run if Biden runs for reelection. If Biden doesn't run, yes, definitely.

The problem is that there are no conservatives in Washington. Trump needs to look at those who've been forced-out of government into retirement (or judges who have a history of making conservative decisions as a talent pool. He should have offered a big

Never hear anything about it from the
Republicans who would obviously be the party supporting such an initiative.

Well, let's see how math works here. You find the total number of blacks accepted by Harvard and then you divide by the total number of blacks who applied to Harvard. Multiple the result by 100 and you get your %. You are free to use Google, Bing,
duckduckgo, or whatever source you trust to get you the specific numbers of applicants and and the specific numbers accepted

Do your own due diligence. There are posts on twitter regarding the the supreme court decisions that analyzed this data. Also, you can google. In fact, I googled it today to make sure it's there. And, if you wade past all the generic bullshit %
stats Harvard gives, you'll eventually find the right data. Additionally, there's a Forbes article that spells it out exactly. Furthermore, Just the generic google search had some previous years results in the front that showed a similar acceptance
rate for blacks. But, why should I even bother carrying the water for you guys. It's just endless trolling down here....from Vegas Jerry demanding that you show him....and then you do show him and he'll that try to cast doubt over legitimate
sources, meanwhile, he'll provide the most lame self promotional sources out there himself. Fact is I just don't respect this group at all anymore. I'll come here....give you the facts, you can research them if you question them. I don't give a fuck
    either way.
