    Yesterday I saw a notice in a public lavatory:

    DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANYTHING IN THE TOILET EXCEPT TOILET PAPER
    NO PAPER TOWELS
    NO TAMPONS
    NO RUBBER GLOVES
    NO CELL PHONES

    Can anyone tell me who authored this?
