Lost a number of people. Ed Hill 777 guy died last year. Curiously, the Marc "The Occupant" Gilutin*Seat 8) is listed as dying 2 days FROM NOW. Not sure if that's a misprint or a joke, but the picture they have up for him looks pretty bad. I went
thru all the pics and it's shocking just how many RGPers died so young, but hey, poker isn't a health club.
I'm pretty sure this "Bad Bob" posting is long since dead also.
I wouldn't be able to tell. Been ages since I was a frequent regular on RGP...before I had kids, now they are all adults....wow WTF did the time go? Weird I still very sharply remember certain things. Thinking about Ed Hill who I think was a prop
player back then when they still had them. And, I enjoyed taunting prop players. I recall signing off a post with "Slow rolling you the nuts" and wow did that piss him the hell off. Not that many years ago, I finally saw a pic of him and then saw him
playing at the Orleans. I made sure to get in his game...never once told him who I was, but I cleaned his clock at the table that day...and it felt good.
I played the Occupant a couple times at the Bike...think maybe at Commerce when the Bike closed for a bit...and maybe in vegas. He never seemed like much of a player. Had to have been still working as a prop at the Bike as it felt like he was trying to
play a very low variance game more akin to weak tight rather than tight aggressive. I played some fun games intentionally loosening up his tables. Nothing like the game of Omaha8 to get every street capped. Could never understand why the bike had
so many props all playing against each other.
