The banking system is beginning to CRUMBLE. You didn't expect him to show up and admit he didn't know what he was talking about, did you? Commercial real estate is teetering.

He, like me, can't get answers or responses, only FOX dodges and lies.

No, because that’s not true. either.
Just how many *** Knew you couldn’t answers *** did you want him to post?

    Commercial real estate is teetering.

    So what’s ‘teetering?’

The problem is that just under 50% of office space in the US sits empty, mostly due to scamdemic shutdowns. And a lot of notes are due to reset next year. A huge chunk of Bank assets are in commercial real estate loans and due to Bidenflation, the
interest rates are way up. Defaults will skyrocket. This will make 2008 look like a fire drill, this is the real fire.

‘Problem,’ for who? Too much open office space for realtors? It’s no problem for those that can work from home.

The big thing here in Vegas is that rent is going up like crazy because of that gap in building and the increase of interest rates.

As to the ‘cause..’ No, it ain’t the pandemic, (or your ‘scamdemic,’ which apparently is still your desperate (GOP) indications that there was no pandemic, or a million dead). The offices are still there, and most employers have people come in
occasionally. (My DIL still has to go to her clinic twice a week, otherwise, she saves 50-miles a week and works in her home office in robe and hair curlers. (As her boss’s computer counts keystrokes).

I recognize you’re up there in the business world, and can understand office politics, and I’ll yield to your multi-office experience. But I tend to question the ‘50% empty office space.’ Is it 50% not being used at all? Or folks, like you, that
are in your home office 50% of the time?

I ask this, because inner cities are having a problem with associated support businesses. (Lunch café, breakfast places, bars (lunch time), car washes…. And they’re losing money… while the office worker is saving money by working at home. So the
teetering’ seems to be the support markets, and the commercial real-estate folks.

Being a man of leisure (for 23-years), I spend my mornings bicycling through my local park (where my wife walks the dog – I can’t walk) to arrive at the local coffee (Peet’s), where everybody knows your name; to sit outside in the sun, with my
latte, (what? $6?, and I tip a buck!) and talk with those that have their coffee next to their laptops, ‘working,’ and talking and enjoying the good life.

… Shit… Now I forgot my point. Guess I’m getting old. Yet, I can afford to….
