of the jury indicated that video of Chauvin kneeling on George's neck was instrumental in that conviction. You are totally misrepresenting what the Chief of Police said, and I previously posted the transcript of his testimony to prove that. I am sorry,
but your POST course (which, if taken on a full-time basis, is six week course), designed to be digestible by high school graduates, teaches you virtually nothing about the law. It's about the equivalent in what you would be expected to learn in three
days of law school, at most.

If you want to show that you understand the law surrounding the use of lethal force, go ahead and state it here in your own words and I will grade it for you. But your repeated assertion that "had he only done what the police told him to do he would have

One more thing: you have repeatedly endorsed the concept of "blue flu" which is totally unethical if not illegal. But if you sympathize with that approach, it seems inconsistent to me that you endorse police putting their jobs and personal liberty on the
line by even coming close to crossing the line with respect to lethal force. Why should they? This was a Mickey Mouse domestic disturbance case. They knew the guy's name. They knew where he lived. They had no evidence he was in possession of a weapon or
posed any immediate risk to anyone when he ran away. There was no critical need to take him into custody right then and there when he ran. This wasn't a major crime. Sure, try to chase him down, but why risk everything in your life by using lethal force
on the guy? Just let him go. He'll turn up in a day or two. There is no urgency here. If there was any time for something resembling "blue flu," this was it. It's just not worth risking everything in your life to go Rambo on a low-level schmuck like him.
Follow the law and do the minimum required of you to discharge your duties.
