  • Strange Biden habit

    Every time I hear him give a speech, at some point he makes a point and then says "No, I am serious....I am not joking."

    Uh, yes Joe, we knew you weren't "joking."

    It really sends the wrong message. Don't these guys get feedback from public speaking coaches?

    Ask any public speaking expert if it is effective to continually tell people you aren't joking when you say something deadly serious.
