  • Home Sales Dropped 48% in Riverside and San Bernadino Counties

    If you don't know California, San Bernadino is a huge county, and so is Riverside. Major California counties, millions of people. In 2022, home sales dropped 48%. I'm guessing there's a lot of Builders with their assholes puckered right now.

    Oh, I forgot, BillBlab says we're in an economic boom. So nevermind what I said about the houses. Just forget I even posted this.

    Did I say boom? That would be too strong. Of course, the performance of one sector in two counties does not define the US economy. We just saw the GDP growth numbers for the 4th quarter. Very solid.

    Yea, I used to live there (Mentone). My kid & wife go to concerts there and he says even the motels and hotels are dumps now. Crime all over the place. (Cops need to beat the shit out of some bad guys and clean up that shit hole).
