I really dont see why they are charging him, yes he's a dumbass for picking up a gun and not checking it but... The armorer that had live ammo on set should be in prison.

As for Jerry, since the GOP took the house we wont see Ministry of Truth arrests for a while except in CA. His stance on killing blacks would get him life if AOC and company had their way

They handed him a gun and yelled, 'Cold gun!'

He should have doublechecked the gun himself but the guilt for not doing so can be written up to the gun grabbers whose dream is an America in which everyone is completely clueless about basic gun handling.

He should have doublechecked the gun himself..
    .

The reason for notifying him “Cold gun” was so he didn’t have to.
    .

    .

No, the ‘guilt’ is to the person that notified him “Cold gun,” when it wasn’t.
    .

… whose dream is an America in which everyone is completely clueless about basic gun handling.
    .

“Gun grabbers?” WTF is that? And who wants people “clueless about basic gun handling?”
    .

~ You don’t make much sense either..

    Not to you, no.

I really dont see why they are charging him…

Because he held the gun that shot somebody.
    .

yes he's a dumbass for picking up a gun and not checking it but...
    .

But.. We only have his word on that.
    .

The armorer that had live ammo on set should be in prison.
    .

    Without an investigation or trial?
    .

Because you can’t explain what “ministry of truth” is?

    .

So what IS my “stance o killing blacks?”

I join in others in not understanding WTF you’re talking about..

"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say may
be used against you in a court of law. Do you understand your rights?"
    "Yes."
    "So what happened, Al?"
"They handed me a gun, and told me it was safe."
    "You didn't check it?"
    "No."

There's a reason lawyers tell you to clam up -

In this case, it's very hard to imagine they can get 12 jurors
to convict, beyond reasonable doubt. Probably the prosecutor
has political ambitions, this high profile case would be a feather
    in his cap.
