    I’d agree, but I believe this is retaliation for us sneaking into their airspace.

    The U.S. didn't 'sneak' and didn't enter their airspace. I dropped a pretty heavy hint to that effect when I included '.. in international airspace' in my six word post.

    Yea, we do, and did. Encroachment is the name of the game. From slipping spies into their countries as much as they do ours. Remember the Pueblo? That was my group. Remember the Francis Gary Powers? We also slip submarines into their waters and harbors.
    We occasionally swap spy for spy. Even this act by them had a purpose. The same purpose we have when we force quick encounters with them – in international waters and airspace. When we did it, it was to see what kind of emergency message they would
    send home. Like I said, this is just Spy .v Spy stuff. It’s just the media and politicians that get up in the air (pun) about it..
