'According to the study, which used data from Florida and Ohio counties, registered Republicans and Democrats died of Covid in equal numbers in 2020, but once vaccines became widely available in summer 2021, the number of Republican excess deaths nearly
doubled those of Democrats. The disparity grew even wider during the winter of 2021.

Amid skepticism by Trump and other conservative elites, fewer Republicans chose to be vaccinated or to wear masks in public spaces, and the consequences have sometimes been fatal.

These “selection effects” — Republican death rates and Democrats’ more even geographic distribution — may help swing other extraordinarily tight electoral districts and states, particularly when turnout increases in 2024.

Republicans’ long Covid may well endure.' https://www.politico.com/news/magazine/2022/12/08/republicans-2022-election-results-coronavirus-00072565

~ Is politico a reliable unbiased news source, risky?

Speak to what was asserted if you disagree. I can do my own thinking therefore no need for a reliable, unbiased news source.

And stop being outraged that the New Yorker is owned and staffed by people inclined in favor of the Democratic Party. It's called freedom of speech.

You referenced politico ... I think politico is biased. Do you?

And stop being outraged that the New Yorker is owned and staffed by people inclined in favor of the Democratic Party. It's called freedom of speech.

So, you do believe that the New Yorker is biased. I think FOX is
    biased, do you?

I am not "outraged" about the bias in current American news
organizations, but I am concerned by it. Are you?

How do you determine what "stories" to believe?

I agree with freedom of speech. I must question, for example, someone
like Jerry when he makes somewhat questionable posts with somewhat
obvious bias in his selection of news sources. Don't you?

How do you determine what "stories" to believe?
    .
Are they true? How do YOU determine which to believe?
    .
Why should you have to doubt if what they tell you is true?
    Answer: You’re choice of information.
    .
FCC rules require that a station broadcasting the news must tell the truth. If they wish to add
something of their own, they must have a sign on the screen saying "Editorial." This holds with
the weather as well. It must be a qualified Meteorologists, and forecasts must be educated guesses.
    .
This is why FOX named themselves FOX News. It’s their name, not what they’re doing. On their
actual news hour they must tell the truth. Lying by omission is the only legal. Their “Other News”
hours are not actually FCC qualified news.
    .
Glad to have once again educated you. (And cause you to Run & Hide).

    .
But you DON’T “Question.” Show me the ‘questionable posts.’ I’ll show where
    you run and hide.
