• More Coyotes

From Paul Popinjay@21:1/5 to All on Thu Dec 15 15:17:47 2022
I was coming down the hill from the casino yesterday and there's a big field with several cows. Amongst the cows, I saw two coyotes, in broad daylight, romping and playing, just having fun. It was so cute. They're just dogs.

Late last year and earlier this year there was a problem with coyotes attacking people and dogs in Stanley Park in downtown Vancouver. There were several attacks and all the trails had to be closed. I think they even went after a toddler or a baby in one
incident. We killed a bunch of them and they finally got the message. In fairness though, wildlife biologists blamed their aggressive behaviors on stupid humans feeding them. Some people apparently thought they were cute and just dogs.

Ever seen a pack of wild dogs? What do you think dogs end up like if they are not raised by humans? They have to eat. I would say wolves, coyotes, foxes, they can all be sweet if you raise them from babies, with kindness. On the other hand, regular
dogs will be vicious, if you treat them bad. Like fucking Jerry the cat killer 'n Vegas. It would be so poetic if Jerry ended his miserable life getting attacked by a mountain lion. I would LOL.

Hopefully the mountain lion votes Republican and takes away his Social Security and Medicare first.

9.9/10 coyotes are in Stanley Park because discarded pet rabbits are there.

Not. We have had people dump dogs and cats on our property.

It's true. Stanley Park had multitides of discarded pet rabbits. A long time ago, anyway. The rabbits probably found it preferable to being owned by humans.

A license should be required to own a pet with the required instruction in responsible pet ownership.

I was about to tell Tim that that was not the funny part. What does he think I am? He's a humorless stiff.
