• O.T. - Amazon Prime Days - O.T.

From ItsJoanNotJoAnn@21:1/5 to All on Wed Jun 25 01:44:29 2025
Amazon Prime Days starts July 8 and goes through July
    11. Everyone working on their list? Mine has started
and hopefully they'll be a discount or two for what I'm
    wanting.

Me, too. But I want more stuff, at least what's in my
shopping list is useful, at least I think it is. 🙂

It's cheaper to get something extra to get your order up to $35 than to
    pay for Prime.

There's more to an Amazon Prime membership other than
    free shipping.

Perhaps, Joan, but I don't order enough stuff to warrant paying for
Prime. Surprisingly, I agree with Bryan. I make a list of things I
need and wait until I can get free shipping at $35. I take online
surveys and cash them in for Amazon rewards points. I wait until I have
enough "rewards points" so that I don't have to pay for anything at all.
My entire order is free. Oh, but they keep trying to get me to apply
those rewards towards Prime (NO!) or the Amazon credit card (NO!).

There is nothing the Prime membership offers that I'm interested in.

Tell us more. I thought it was only "free" shipping and some free video
    stuff. What else?
