It was the best Tandoori chicken we ever made. I am not sure what my
wife did different this time but it was way better than either of us had
ever done before. It probably helped that it was done on the gas grill
and that it had been well heated. I made some raita to go with it and
my wife made a Greek Salad and warmed up a pita.

It was two hamburgers done in the air fryer here with
    a diet caffeine-free coke.

I can't imagine cooking a hamburger in an air fryer. But then, I don't
have the same type of air fryer you have.

They turned out rather well especially since I didn't
let them go as long as I have in the past.  Much better
    results this time.

Speaking of hamburgers, it's what's for dinner tonight. I'll cook it in
the little cast iron skillet on the stove top. Seasoned with S&P and
garlic powder. I haven't decided if it will be a cheeseburger or not.
I have several options for cheese if I go that route. I also have a
couple of types of burger buns. Plain white, yeah, or whole wheat or
sesame seed. Woo hoo! ;) Always served with some potato chips on the
side and sometimes chips on top of the hamburger.

Hopefully, his eating habits will improve in the years to come. A great-grandchild is a pretty special thing. My granddaughter had a
great-great grandmother. That was a little hard for me to comprehend.
Her great-grandmother is a Hawaiian activist and still going strong.
That lady is a force of nature.

The first birthday is a big deal in Hawaii and Asia. It probably comes
from the old days when survival during the first year was iffy. It was
hard on us grandparents because we had to help come up with a big party
three times. OTOH, I wasn't worried too much about the first birthdays -
the following 20 birthdays could be cause for concern though.

In all of Asia. Especially in Saudi Arabia and Outer Mongolia.

Thank you. It's always gratifying when you mention this whenever I use
the word "Asia." It's good to have a small shtick with a little buddy,
    ain't it?

It's strange that only people who have a particular type of eyes
qualify as Asians for you. That's like me saying only blond people are Europeans.

You obviously know nothing about Americans. Go ask your AI friend. Yoose
    gets the last word.

Good. You always say that when you know the other person's right and
you're wrong. Your face is in Honolulu Harbor, about to leave.

No problem. Uncle has lost face so many times, nobody can keep count.
He always pops back though, like a bad case of the clap.

Uncle Tojo is a mystery wrapped in an enigma. Yoose will never figure
