    Chicken Mole from scratch. Seeds, nuts, chile pastes, tomato pastes,
    chocolate, cinnamon, etc... Seasoned rice with homegrown squash
    blossoms, and some of those flat and round toasted bread things.

    Where I live, we call it Cinco de Stinko - an excuse for people to
    get fucked up. Anyone I know of Mexican heritage don't recognize it as a holiday, and they work for a living.

    We can all pretend though.

    Recipe looks delicious, regardless - good for other occasions also.
