    I like fried rice, but it's too carby for a main dish and
    too greasy for a side. Plus, I really like plain white rice.

    We used to have a Thai restaurant that had a lunch special of
    fried rice, fried noodles, and fried shrimp in hot and sweet
    sauce. Delicious, but I'd suffer all afternoon after eating it.

    My fried rice is harder to make than your fried rice because I make mine
    with Japanese style rice.
