  • Good Beef Stew Last Night

    No, I didn't make it. My DIL did. She has an Insta-Pot and used it for
    the stew. It was excellent.

    She said it took longer to cut up and prep the ingredients than to cook.

    The best part? I brought home enough for two more nights.

    I bet that meat was super tender, too. Plus, I'm going
    also bet that beef stew will be even better tonight.
