• Soupy, salty stroganoff

From Leonard Blaisdell@21:1/5 to All on Sat Apr 5 23:34:26 2025
So I threw some stew-beef, onions, celery, mushrooms and BtB together
and added sour cream and corn starch at the end and served it over
noodles. I added no salt, but it was salty.
Be careful with that BtB, folks.

[BtB is, in this case, beef Better than Bouillon]

    My bad. :(

Hmmmmm, I don't know what you'd add to make it less
salty. Perhaps a tad more sour cream? Maybe someone
    else has an idea.

If there is too much salt, nothing will fix it. The only hope is to
dilute it till palatable, and eat small amounts for each meal till the
ruined food is consumed. Or just throw it out and start over.
