• Educational Fact of the Day

From Ed P@21:1/5 to All on Tue Mar 4 12:53:04 2025
Some of you come here to discuss cooking and for the friendly banter.
Someone once said "you should learn something new every day" Today is
the day. I learned something new to me and thought I'd share it with the
    rest of you here.

Sloths and the only mammal that does not fart.

Feel free to pass this on to your friends, family, neighbors. They will appreciate it.

Sloths do expel methane, like the rest of us, but through the mouth.

So dog breath is a misnomer and should be sloth breath. Sorry dogs!

That's news to mee too. Perhaps it is so they
need not have bowel mopvements as often.

I understand that for some reason unknown,
they cannot or will not let fly from the
tree-tops, and are vulnerable to jaguars &c
when they feel a need need to 'go' and
    must descend to ground level.

Maybe they have a very strong instinctive
urge to bury their crap, which is strange
because that is a habit usually exercised
    only by carnivores.

    Kinda like Justine Trudeau, lol...!!!

And wombats poop cubes. Bruce sprinkles them on his salads for special >events. Wombat croutons can only be found in Australia because of,
    you know, tariffs!

    As if we'd export them!

I think Melanoma Trump does that too, especially when she gets bullied.
