    On the off chance this isn't a random troll, suppose you tell us what
    foods you have on hand and what you like to eat. Then perhaps someone
    could offer suggestions.

    Are you in an urban area? It might be easier to order
    something in late at night. If in a rural area, I
    understand (only from a science fiction story I'm
    reading now) that your mosquitos trump ours, so
    be careful if you go out to your back yard looking
    for tropical fruits &c.

    A lot depends on what you have in the fridge. Eggs
    on toast are always fast. I always have 'Costco'
    almost-cooked bacon on hand for such an occaision.
