I have the commercial vita-mixer 4000
Can you remember how you made that applesauce?
I just moved to a house with an apple tree full of fruit.
I also have a pear tree, and 2 huge peach trees.
If any of you have a good recipe specifically for the Maxi-4000, I am interested to hear.
