    About eating horse meat:

    Personally, I would not even consider eating horse meat. They are
    pets, not food. But for those of you who do eat horses, consider this:
    Take your horse for a ride. While you're riding your horse down the
    trail, begin eating your horse while you're in the saddle. With any
    luck, as soon as you take a bite of your horse, the horse will toss
    your ass, and YOU will die, NOT THE HORSE!!!

    I'd think that pretty much the same will happen should one try
    to eat a bull while riding one.
