  • f27 screacher importance?

    I've had an F27 for four years now & the screacher is a great sail & many uses. If you have the standard bowsprit with a universal joint at the prow, make sure you have a support pole to the bowsprit tip. I made the mistake of lowering the sail to
    reduce windage while underway to windward. A wave bounced us and the bowsprit tilted down and put all in the water. Not recommended.
