It was a mix of bicycles, ebikes, scooters, and motorcycles. There
really isn't any more information out than what you posted. It seems a
large group of kids and young adults just got together for an unplanned 'critical mass' type of ride, and as the group rode along more people
joined in. The one person that got arrested claimed he was riding his
bike, saw the group go by, and just decided to join in.
The only law that was broken was riding bikes and scooters on a limited
access highay (Interstate 93). The guy they arrested was never even on
the higway, according to him.
BTW I just love all the pearl clutching from your first link. Too bad
they didn't express a similar sentiment when a mob descended on the US
capitol and killed 5 cops.
