I sent my old propane grill to the junk yard and brought home a new
propane Blackstone Griddle. I was tired of the flame ups and having my
burgers fall off the aluminum foil and down through the grill. Who
really needs those grill marks of their bratwurst, anyway?

I'll put it together tomorrow, but right now, I believe it's five
    oclock somewhere.

Sorry, I forgot the bicycle reference.... This griddle, when
assembles, will sit beside the Catrike's workstand. I opened the box
to get at the assembly instructions. The griddle is cast iron. Doesn't
    get any better than that.

I finished the Blackstone Griddle assembly. It's a very nice piece of equipment, with good instructions Even the packing was well done. Some
things that are made in China are very good. I have no idea how the
price might have been affected by the tariffs.

I know.. I do try to stay clear of Chinese goods, but I did my
research and the Blackstone Grills and Griddles seemed to be one of
the best. IT is all steel and Cast iron except for a couple of
plastic look-good pieces, which I left off. After putting it together,
I agree with the many reviewers. Even the packing was impressive.

Years ago I was looking for engines for a 40 ft power boat and the
guys at Caterpillar suggested China made Cummings engines. I commented >"Chinese shit?" and the Cat Guy says "Same guarantee as the American
    made engines".

I have it seasoned and ready to go. I'm going to fry some eggs for
breakfast, easy over, and then we're having brats for dinner.

Life is good in this neighborhood. I really hated that nasty old
grill, but I hope someone has grabbed it and is using it. My friend
from Tampa took it and said he was going to put it in a dumpster at
one of his work sites. He speculates it will be grabbed up before he
    gets it in the dumpster.
