I had breakfast with the wife, stepson, his wife and their baby yesterday morning. Also the neice of Ann's was there.That continuous noise is pretty annoying so I will be staying home and working on the DeRosa Idol today since most of the parts will be
in tomorrow.
The parts for the Merak will probably be in tomorrow as well and there's 2 hours of work to get that properly on the road. Fitting hydraulic hoses to the Idol will probably be a pain in the butt since they are all internal. I have ordered the hose
attachment conponents. Not expensive but shipping time is always a problem.
From now on I wioll try and buy parts only from California sellers. Shipping times even from St. Louis are quite long. The Pony Express would have been faster. This is particularly bad for
Chinese parts which schedule for 2 MONTHS out and sometimes need reminders. I paid $15 more to buy a 12 speed chain locally and it was worth every penny to pay and hold the items in my hands.
