As kinda predictable one of the last Governments do anything to get them
out of the hole they have dug. Ie to double E bike power plus allow
throttle.

As noted organisation etc where very much on the no thanks side, clearly
some folks essentially want a moped.

Also noted that fires in equal unsurprising amounts are due to aftermarket
kits and so on, than self built E bikes.
