    Last month I updated my Flarm firmware but forgot to update flarmnet.

    I use a ClearNav and so I downloaded data.fln but it's been a while
    since I updated the ClearNav and they don't seem to have the forum on
    their new website.

    So, could someone tell me; do I simply place data.fln on a USB stick
    with the proper executable for updates instaled and load it into the
    ClearNav or is there more to it?

    What about my PowerFarm portable? I didn't see anything on the Flarm
    website.

    Thanks to all who responded.

    I had already updated my PF portable and watching the video reminded me
    of how to update my ClearNav. I also found the ".bfn" file for my
    FlarmView. Now I might be able to see my friends call signs rather than
    their ICAO codes.

    Well, it wasn't a .bfn file for the Flarmview, it was just a different
    .fln file. And, after loading it on the SD card in the Flarmview, I had
    to navigate through a series of menus to find "Convert fln to flx". I
    think that should work, but I'll have to wait until the next soaring day.

    That should work. You might verify the file name is "flarm.flx". Of
    course there's firmware you might want to update:
