We have a set of Autoflug seatbelts in one of our club gliders, which looks a bit dated. The tag is worn and tattered and I can not make out a mfg date - only the somewhat cryptic message 'Will attack at dawn - G. Washington'! ;-)
Can anyone recommend a shop that can rebuild the webbing using the OEM hardware, which still looks very good?

They can replace the webbing using your hardware. Did a nice job on mine.

Hooker is sometimes very choosy about which German harnesses that they will re-webb. They may do it
on condition that they are only for an experimental aircraft, and thus won't have a TSO tag on them after
they re-webb the harnesses. They did this for a Schroth harness for me. They flatly declined to do
Gadringer and Auto Flug harnesses for us though. Hooker seems to have the cheapest prices, but I have
found Wag-Aero (Aero Fabricators branch) to be more receptive to re-webbing a wider range of German
TSO'd harnesses, Gadringer included. Wag-Aero also re-webbed an Auto-Flug harness for us, but it had at
least one legible tag which had a TSO number on it. That seems to be their key which they look for. Bridget

Thanks, RO! Looking at Hooler's price list, I might as well buy an identical Autoflug harness for our experimental G102 in Germany. I found two which timed out and are no longer usable there yet look far better than ours.UliUli,

UliUli, contact Aviation Safety Products https://aircraftseatbelts.com/ in Blairsville, GA. In this past November, they re-webbed my Schroth belts for my ASW27. Quick service and fairly priced.
