Working through some discrepancies with our ships factory varios, we discovered the problem is a missing Condensate Cup that opens the TE line to cabin air influence.
The Blanik part number is "D 000 085 N". I've checked with Blanik America, he does not have any and neither does the factory.
Anyone know of a trashed L-23 that might still have the cup they are willing to send us? It is located on the left side wall, below the forward instrument panel. It is part of the TE line and is designed to collect condensation in the line.
