Welcome back to Florida Dave S, glad you made it back down south to warm weather and enjoyable soaring. As I have stated many times before, October can be as good as March here in the sunshine state.unknown, congratulation's, your conquering of new territory is well noted.
I did notice your flight on Tuesday, it looked great down here and looks like you had a respectable little triangle. I did notice that you did the usual SLGP track and followed US27 down toward Avon Park then did some Boon-Docking to venture into lands
Looking forward to seeing many more good flights from you motorglider guys up there in the hovel of Clermont. Hopefully I will be threading the needle many more times this season in my "LOWLY 27", as Jim Lee would say. Having a guy come back for theseason and do a triangular flight on his first day is a breathe of fresh air. Hopefully I will be hooking up with you soon, Eileen is looking forward to flying in the Arcus with you. Welcome back! OBTP

I noticed there were 11 triangle flights from Seminole Lake this year that exceeded your best triangle, all but one in motorgliders. Maybe you really are flying a "LOWLY 27"? Perhaps it's time for a "HIGHLY 27" (aka ASG 29), eh?Eric, last year was not my best year, recovering from cancer surgery, I will be back better than ever this year, and for your info none of the motorglider guys have gone around Lake O, and none of them have threaded the needle around 2901, I do it often.
