    On this day in 2014 I started flying tow at SLGP. Flying trow was the closest I came to dying in an airplane. I flew 7000 tows and considering I have more than 1000 hours flying the unfriendly skies of Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam that's remarkable.

    That is the only good thing that I can say about self launch motorgliders, they add years to our lives. OBTP
